Industry Alert::
The APV, EVS, FAST, and Informed Delivery Campaigns Help Desks now fall under MSSC management. With the addition of the Interactive Voice Response updates and utilization of the MSSC ticketing system, this integration will provide further visibility into all help desk customer interactions. The changes should have no impact on customers contacting these help desks directly by phone or email. Emails will be routed based on help desk email addresses; therefore, customers should continue to use current email addresses to be routed to the appropriate help desks agents.
