- One time drop ship appointments should be scheduled at the Charlotte RPDC.
- Change location from the Mid-Carolina P&DC to the Charlotte RPDC for recurring Periodicals drop ship appointments currently scheduled at Mid-Carolina P&DC.
- Schedule new recurring non-periodicals drop ship appointments at the Charlotte RPDC.
