Mystic Logistics provides transportation support services to companies seeking to optimize their channel management practices and leverage logistics as a competitive advantage. By channel management we refer to value chain or channel of distribution for various industry sectors.
Following years of experience in transportation support, distribution management, and operations at Trans-ADVO, Harte Hanks, and Yellow Freight Systems, Chairman Samuel J. Campbell founded Mystic Transport Services, Inc. in 1989. Mystic's directive was to provide inbound and outbound logistics support to large retailers, direct marketing firms, manufacturers, and financial institutions. The freight commodities handled included direct mail piece components, time-sensitive bulk mail, product samples, newspaper free-standing inserts, consumer goods, and raw materials. Over the years, Mystic built a leading reputation for timely and economical transportation of material from its clients' production and printing facilities to newspapers and postal facilities nationwide. Mystic now transports consumer goods, samples, and raw materials as well.
In 1993, Mr. Campbell identified an opportunity to expand Mystic's business further into the direct marketing sector by implementing a postal drop ship program to take advantage of the USPS drop ship program initiated in February, 1991. Many of Mystic's clients produced mail that was not cost-effective for direct shipping because it was either too lightweight, small in volume, or both. By combining the lightweight mail with other outbound products, Mystic enabled its clients to achieve significant postal discounts by drop shipping, which allowed them to pay lower up-front postal costs and realize a net savings after paying for transportation to the destination postal facilities.
As the program grew and became more sophisticated, Mr. Campbell established Complete and Accurate Mail (CAM) logistics in late 1996 as an operating subsidiary of Mystic Holdings, Inc. The mail management focus is to provide consolidation drop ship services, including warehousing and redistribution of LTL shipments when necessary. Mystic's mail logistics service continues to be in the forefront of innovation.

Chief Financial Officer
Bill joined Mystic in 1998 with over 20 years of diverse experience in financial management,
including business, system and financial planning. He also has extensive experience in development, financial reporting, capital and debt financing, internal control evaluation
and construction project development.
Bill is responsible for development, formalization and management of the overall financial controls for Mystic operations. Currently, definition of management practices,
policy, procedures and cost containment structures are his primary focus. Bill has also held various executive and management positions with Resorts International, Inc.,
Mirage, Inc. and Philadelphia National Bank. Bill is a CPA and a graduate of Rutgers University.

Executive Vice President
Troy Evans joined Mystics logistics in April, 2016 in the role of Executive Vice President, bringing over 20 years of mailing industry experience
to the Mystics logistics leadership team.
Prior to joining Mystics Logistics Troy held the position of Regional Vice President for Pitney Bowes Presort services where he had full P&L
responsibility for a $145 million transactional and Direct Mail Solutions business. In this Pitney Bowes Executive role, Troy had direct oversight of
eight major Operating Centers rolling up over 1600 employees and generating production mail volumes of over 5 billion annually. In his 19 years with the
PB Presort business he played a significant role in new market expansions with ground up facility start-ups, lead acquisition efforts in the integration of
management teams and their clientele in bolt-on and new market acquisitions, and most notable drove significant organic growth within the Pitney Direct Mail
segment through aggressive business development and innovational product development launches.
Troy is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BS in Journalism/Advertising and has also completed The University of Virginia's Darden School of
Business' Executive Strategic leadership program
Vice President
Shaun joined Mystic in 2008 as a software developer. With over 10 years exprience in the 3PL / mail drop-shipment industry and 15 years experience in data
analytics, query writing, and software development, Shaun has a unique combination of skills and serves as a "jack of all trades" within Mystic.
Responsible for developing Amadeus and Mystic's co-pal program, Shaun is heavily involved in Mystic's daily operation from the IT, to operations, to sales support and customer service.
Shaun graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI with a degree in Information Systems Management.
Director of Distribution
Rocco joined Mystic Logistics in 2009 with 30 years of distribution, process improvement and management experience. Other expertise includes facility and property management,
warehouse layout and human resources.
Prior to Mystic Rocco held executive positions in distribution and processing. Rocco is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of Mystics high
volume distribution center. Responsibilities Include ensuring customer expectations are met, recruitment, and continuous process improvements.
Graduate of Widener University with continuing education from Villanova
